Terms of Service

In short: by using tAI, you agree to these terms. You're expected to use your account responsibly, be over 13, and not misuse the service. tAI is an AI assistant and can make mistakes — verify its answers with your own judgment, especially for important decisions.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tAI (an Artfical product). By creating an account or using tAI in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use the service.

2. Description of the service

tAI is a text-based AI chat assistant. It offers features like chat history, memory, web search, and an optional Gmail integration. The service may be updated from time to time; features may be added, changed, or removed.

3. Account and age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your account information (including your password) confidential, and for any activity on your account.
You're expected to provide accurate and current information.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Account.

4. Acceptable use

While using tAI, you agree not to:

Use it to produce illegal, harmful, harassing content, or content that violates others' rights.
Abuse or overload the service, or attempt to bypass its security measures.
Attempt to reverse-engineer tAI's infrastructure, or set up unauthorized automated access (bots, scraping, etc.).
Use someone else's account without authorization.

If we determine you've violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

5. Gmail connection and third-party integrations

From Settings > Connectors, you can optionally connect your Gmail account. Doing so lets the AI read and search your email and create drafts, only at your explicit request. tAI never sends email on your behalf automatically — reviewing, sending, or discarding any draft it creates is entirely your responsibility. You can remove this connection at any time; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Content and intellectual property

Content you share in your chats belongs to you. tAI itself (the software, design, and brand) belongs to Artfical, and these Terms don't grant you any ownership rights over it.

You're responsible for how you use the AI's responses — in particular, you shouldn't treat tAI's answers as a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Service availability and limitation of liability

tAI is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete ("hallucinations"); don't rely on them as your sole basis for important decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (such as data loss or lost profits) arising from your use of tAI.

8. Termination

You can delete your account yourself at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you seriously violate these Terms; we'll try to notify you beforehand whenever possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll update the "last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use tAI after an update means you accept the new terms.
